When does it happen?
There is no determined schedule for the Growth-Accelerator. It is possible to apply for the program throughout the whole year.
What will you expect?
The focus of the Growth-Accelerator is a problem-oriented and individual approach. The following exemplary project activities will be offered and scheduled as needed to work on specific topics and challenges.
Workshops
The selection and organization of workshops are oriented on the needs of the project members and are closely coordinated with them. The focus of the workshops lies on imparting competencies in fields like technology competence, management and professionalization, networks, and internationalization. An individual and problem-oriented approach will be applied during those workshops to ensure that specific tasks or challenges can be responded to. Moreover, the workshops are conducted by qualified experts so that a crucial exchange of experiences and expertise can be generated.
Matching & Mentoring
The aim of this offer is the solution finding of specific problems and cases through the matching of mentors and (potential) cooperation partners alongside the value chain. The mentors will be acquired by the project management team in coordination with the startups and will be at their disposal for consultations for a longer period. The matchings concentrate on discovering potential overlaps and/ or complements of project members to promote collaboration.
Consultation & Training
In addition to the workshops individual consultations and trainings that are adapted to the startups are a core component of the Growth-Accelerator. The consultations are either performed by the project management team or in case of specific topics and questions by an external referent.
Network events
The network events do not only represent a platform to connect science, economy, and administration but also to serve as a stage for the accelerator participants. Thus, the startups can show their business ideas, talk about their product and mingle with important potential business partners.
