2nd Batch of the Weinberg Campus Accelerator presents its ideas
After 4 months of workshops and coaching, the stage was set on May 20th for the final pitches of the 2nd Batch.
IdentMe presented their idea on how the planning of construction projects according to the Nature Conservation Act can be realized more efficiently: Using their molecular biological detection of protected animals, prediction accuracy can be increased with immense time savings compared to conventional sightings.
The neXcube team, on the other hand, wants their system to drive automation in the lab so that handwritten lab notebooks will soon be a thing of the past. Currently, they are looking for pilot customers.
Both teams founded their startups during the accelerator class. Congratulations on reaching this milestone!
The last to pitch was the US team of Fitz & Coe with their wristwatch with integrated UV light for disinfection. During the past months, they worked intensively on the business model and prototype and were able to present it for the first time at the final event.
Representatives of bmp ventures, Wacker Biotech, Stadtwerke Halle and Tower PR were present as our external guests.
On September 23rd, all teams with a need for capital will be allowed to take the stage again at the Investforum Pitchday and present their business ideas again.
